Each kit includes the PVC garage door threshold seal, adhesive, and side blocks, providing everything needed to create a watertight barrier. To install, you will need a standard size caulk gun for the adhesive, and a hacksaw/sharp knife if you wish to cut the threshold smaller.

GaraDry Flood Barriers, available in 1 ½" and 2" heights, form a dam stopping water, leaves, dust, and debris from entering under the garage door. Rainwater getting under your garage door can damage the contents of your garage and prove a nuisance after every storm or heavy rain. The flood barrier provides immediate results by forming a watertight dam between the garage door and the floor, preventing these unwanted elements and ensuring a clean and dry environment. It can also be used as a flood diverter by installing across a doorway or driveway.

These flood barriers are available in lengths from 8'3" to 20'3" to suit all sizes of domestic and commercial doors, including up-and-over, sectional, roller shutter, and side-hinged doors. They are supplied with a specially formulated adhesive & sealant that provides a water-tight seal. Made from highly durable PVC material, the flood barriers can withstand domestic vehicles weighing up to 6000lb. Installation is quick and easy, with clear instructions included, and does not require professionals.
