The 15KG Olympic Technique Barbell features a single knurl mark suitable for power lifts, explicitly built for the three main powerlifting movements; the bench press, squat, and deadlift. This TECHNIQUE BAR is coated in a shiny hard chrome finish, protecting the shaft and sleeves against scratches and corrosion, allowing the Olympic bar to continue to look new with little maintenance.

The ends of the shaft feature medium diamond textured knurling that will ensure excellent grip and contact through heavy movements. There is no center knurling to help protect your neck and chest from abrasions. The 28mm shaft has a tensile strength of 21,145 PSI, with each shaft being ground, polished, and individually tested to give the right whip or flex. The bar also features brass bushings placed between the shaft and the sleeve, providing a smooth, consistent roll to your bar.

The barbell measures 72" in overall length, with the Olympic-sized weight sleeve measuring 50mm in diameter and offering 9.75" of loadable length with a capacity of 500 LB, weighing 15 KG or 33 LB.
